Jay Schoeny is a Senior Associate at Frost Brown Todd LLC and practices in the Labor and Employment Department and the Drug and Medical Device Practice Group.  He represents private and public employers on various employment law matters, including claims of wrongful discharge and discrimination.  His practice includes offering advice and counsel to employers, advocating clients’ interests through alternative dispute resolution, and litigating on their behalf in court.  Jay also specializes in drug and medical device litigation and the defense of major drug manufacturers in product liability suits.  He is admitted to practice in Ohio and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.
