Ms. Zerbst is a Member of Frost Brown Todd LLC and practices in the Firm's Workers' Compensation Practice Group.  She is certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a Workers' Compensation Law Specialist.

Ms. Zerbst represents employers in all aspects of workers’ compensation, including litigation before administrative bodies and trial courts.  She counsels employers on the administration of workers' compensation claims, claims management and cost containment, accident investigation, violation of specific safety requirement (VSSR) applications, premium and group ratings, attaining and maintaining self-insured status, and related matters.  Ms. Zerbst also defends employers in post-administrative proceedings pending before Ohio common pleas courts and appellate courts.
