Catherine M. Stevens is Counsel to Frost Brown Todd LLC and has spent her legal career as a litigator. She has practiced at all levels of the state and federal courts and has represented clients in cases involving many areas of the law, including employment litigation; commercial disputes; product liability; mass torts; pharmaceutical litigation; class actions; and insurance defense, including claims involving coverage issues and allegations of bad faith. Ms. Stevens advises clients on a variety of questions that arise in the course of day-to-day business. Ms. Stevens has completed Mediator training through the Administrative Office of the Courts and has served as a mediator in cases involving employment disputes and personal injuries.
