Mr. Kaake is a Member of Frost Brown Todd LLC.  He graduated from the University of Cincinnati School of Law in 2000.  Mr. Kaake's practice focuses on the areas of occupational safety and health law and employment discrimination litigation.  Mr. Kaake has successfully represented employers in proceedings before numerous state and federal courts and administrative agencies.  Mr. Kaake also provides pragmatic, day-to-day advice and counsel to employers on a wide variety of employment-related issues, including employee discipline, investigations into workplace accidents or misconduct, policies and handbooks, recordkeeping requirements, and compliance with numerous federal and state employment laws.
